Dynamic Torque
For fastening spindles, e-axle rigs and rotating drivetrains. The signal crosses the rotating gap without slip rings — no wear, no drift, millions of cycles.
Dynamic torque, static torque and axial-force sensors engineered for fastening laboratories, test benches and production engineering — manufactured, calibrated and serially traceable by ZWK.

Flange-mounted reaction sensors for calibrating fastening tools and drives. No bearings, no speed limit, laboratory-grade zero stability.
Load washers and cells for bolt tension and clamp-force analysis. The shortest possible load path keeps hysteresis low and the reading true.
Combined HSFH x/y cells measure clamp load and tightening torque simultaneously — the direct instrument for torque–tension studies on real joints.
Column-type cells for universal test rigs, press-fit monitoring and axial-force references up to 1 000 kN — same calibrated gauge platform as HSFH.

Each ZWK sensor carries a full-bridge strain-gauge element, temperature-compensated at the factory. On rotating models the signal crosses the air gap of a contactless coupling — eliminating the slip rings that wear and drift in conventional designs.
Signal conditioning uses a 24-bit digitiser directly at the sensor, so what reaches your acquisition system is data, not noise.
Each ZWK sensor leaves our works with a permanently attached data-matrix code, engraved beside the type plate. Scan it with any phone and the instrument's own page opens instantly — model, measuring range, accuracy class and calibration status.
No app. No login. The code resolves directly to sensor.zwk.autos and stays valid for the life of the instrument.
Torque–tension studies on bolted joints to ISO 16047, with matched torque and clamp-load instrumentation.
Static reaction sensors verify wrenches and fastening spindles against class 0.05 references.
Dynamic torque sensors endure the speed and cycle counts of electrified powertrain testing.
Compact joint torque measurement with contactless links for unlimited rotation life.
RS-485 and CAN interfaces feed clamp-load and torque data straight into line-side systems.
Traceable references with certificates for national-standard chains and interlab comparisons.
Tell us the fastener class, the torque or clamp-load range and the environment — we will size the instrument and confirm the delivery schedule within one working day.
